A Time for Prayer

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come, thy

will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven.  Give us this day, our daily bread.  And

forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.  Lead us not

into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, and the power,

and the glory forever.  Amen.

The Youth Yard Sale is coming up sometime in May.  As you begin your Spring cleaning,

please remember to hold on to your treasures for the sale.  As soon as the parking lot is

suitable, a POD will be brought in to store items for the sale.  Please don’t bring your goodies

to the church until the POD arrives since we can’t store items in the church.

Also, the Youth will be holding their annual Plant Sale.  Be sure to look for the order forms.

The next MYF Scrip deadline will be Wednesday, May 21st.

Please come to the Larkin’s home at 31 Sandia Mountain Ranch Drive in Tijeras on

Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11th for an open house between the hours of 2:00PM – 6:00PM.

We will be celebrating Kimberly’s graduation, with honors, from the New Mexico Military

Institute in Roswell, NM.  Please RSVP to Diane at 281-4848.

Feinstein Foundation matching funds fundraiser continues through April.  The pantry is in

need of cash and food donations at this time.  Please pray that the Lord provides the needs

of the Food Pantry.  There are people in need of food in the east mountain area.

The Thursday Morning Bible Study meets every Thursday for fellowship and Bible Study.

They are studying the Upper Room Disciplines. Copies are available for you to browse through
